Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the box.

  Ship Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
